Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Supervalu is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a full-time, remote position at the Associate Level, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Customer Support Representatives, overseeing their day-to-day activities and providing guidance and support as needed. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. - Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to ensure team performance meets or exceeds company standards. - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving them in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Product Development, to address customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience. - Conduct regular training sessions for the customer support team to ensure they are knowledgeable about company products and services. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve processes and procedures.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred). - Proven experience in a customer support management role, with a track record of success in improving customer satisfaction and team performance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues. - Experience with negotiation and conflict resolution. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment. - Hardworking and resilient personality traits.
