Job Description - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


Fidelity National Financial is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. 2. Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. 6. Assist in training new customer support team members. 7. Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Meet and exceed customer support metrics and KPIs.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in a customer support role with at least 4 years of experience. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Driven and hardworking personality traits. 7. Strong presentation and leadership skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
