Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Loews, a leading company in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role and possess a resourceful and driven personality.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members 7. Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge 8. Contribute to a positive work environment by fostering teamwork and innovation 9. Deliver presentations to clients on new products and services

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred 2. 2+ years of experience in a customer support role 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving abilities 7. Presentation skills 8. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow 9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team 10. Gym membership preferred for physical well-being
