Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job description:


Deere is seeking a motivated and energetic Customer Support Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner - Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction - Research and resolve customer issues using problem-solving skills - Manage and update customer accounts and information in the database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Upsell additional products and services as needed - Meet and exceed customer support targets and goals


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and confident personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
