Job Description:
Expedia is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. We are looking for individuals who are resilient and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and refunds - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strategic planning skills to anticipate and address customer needs - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
