Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


Orion Health is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, resolving their issues efficiently, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. 3. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Provide product demos and training to customers as needed. 6. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes. 7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times while representing Orion Health.


Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer support or similar role. 2. Strong people management and critical thinking skills. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
