Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a hardworking and independent Customer Support Specialist to join our team at VF in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support roles. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Resolve customer complaints and escalations - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support roles - Strong negotiation and leadership skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Experience in the retail industry is a plus
