Job Description
Allbirds is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home in Nelson, New Zealand. This position is an entry-level role, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer support or similar role. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assisting customers with order placement, product information, and general inquiries - Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues with a positive attitude - Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Providing feedback to the product development team based on customer interactions - Striving to exceed customer expectations and deliver a high level of service at all times
Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve effectively - Excellent strategic planning skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently - Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
