Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and driven Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team at DISH Network. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company in the telecommunications industry.
Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and troubleshooting assistance to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or a related field (minimum of 3 years) - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computer software and applications - Resourceful and motivated with a strong work ethic - Excellent decision-making and research skills
