Job Description - Live Chat Manager

Job Description:


Quintiles Transnational Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team in Nelson, NZ. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for managing our live chat operations and ensuring exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the live chat team, including scheduling, training, and performance management. - Monitor chat interactions to ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction. - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of live chat operations. - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize the live chat experience. - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the live chat service. - Provide leadership and guidance to the live chat team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a live chat management role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills. - Knowledge of customer service best practices and strategies. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Reliable and adaptable with a high level of emotional intelligence. - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
