Job Description - Live Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and independent Live Chat Manager to join our team at Peter Kiewit Sons'. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level Live Chat Manager, you will be responsible for managing our live chat system, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless online experience for our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and monitor the live chat system to promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide support. 2. Develop and implement live chat strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and conversion rates. 3. Train and mentor live chat agents to ensure high-quality service delivery. 4. Analyze live chat data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Continuously optimize the live chat system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Proven track record of successful live chat management. 3. Strong critical thinking and planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and live chat software.
