Job Description - Live Chat Officer

As a Live Chat Officer at Ralph Lauren in Wellington, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat communication channels. Your primary role will involve responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and accurately to customer queries - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and consistency in customer support - Utilize resources and knowledge base to research and provide accurate information to customers - Document and track customer interactions and outcomes for reporting and analysis purposes - Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the values and image of Ralph Lauren in all customer interactions


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Adaptable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong cooperation and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and live chat software platforms - High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service training preferred
