Live Chat Officer

As a Live Chat Officer at Ralph Lauren in Wellington, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat communication channels. Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Adaptable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong cooperation and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in MS Office and live chat software platforms - High school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on customer service training preferred
