Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a passionate and hardworking Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the Remote Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers through live chat services.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues through live chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide product information, assistance, and technical support to customers. 3. Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Leadership skills to take charge of customer inquiries and provide solutions. 5. Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently. 6. Passion for customer service and helping others.
