Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description: Becton Dickinson is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support through live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilize company resources and knowledge base to effectively respond to customer queries - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools - Dedication to providing exceptional customer support
