As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms and assisting customers with their inquiries and concerns. Responsibilities: - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and requests through live chat platforms in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and order status - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and complaints effectively - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Keep accurate records of interactions with customers and follow up on unresolved issues - Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field - 4 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online chat support role - Proficient in using live chat software and customer management systems - Excellent communication skills with a confident and independent personality - Strong strategic planning and emotional intelligence skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail
