As a Live Chat Officer for TravelCenters of America, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat channels. This role is a full-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through live chat to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and provide accurate information. 3. Utilize sales techniques and persuasion skills to promote products and services to customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 5. Meet and exceed set performance targets and KPIs to optimize customer satisfaction and drive sales. 6. Handle any escalated customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism. 7. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. 4. Reliable and dedicated work ethic to meet and exceed performance targets. 5. Strong adaptability skills to quickly respond to changing customer needs and business requirements. 6. Persuasive skills to effectively promote products and services to customers. 7. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools.
