Job Description - Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Skellerup Holdings is seeking a talented Live Chat Officer to join our virtual team based in Wellington, NZ. As a Work from Home Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions on our website. This role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with our customers and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through live chat on our website. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Continuously look for ways to improve the live chat experience and customer satisfaction.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness. 5. Confidence in handling challenging customer interactions. 6. Creative thinking skills to provide unique solutions to customer inquiries. 7. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage workload effectively. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with live chat software. 9. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
