Live Chat Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

CMS Energy is seeking a motivated and reliable Live Chat Officer to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. This is a full-time remote position, perfect for an individual who is driven and detail-oriented, with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat - Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong project management skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
