Live Chat Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and energetic Live Chat Representative to join our team at NRG Energy in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner through live chat - Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and technical support - Resolving customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilizing persuasion skills to upsell products or services - Adapting to different customer communication styles and needs - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer experience

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong persuasion skills and adaptability to different customer needs - Proficiency in typing and using live chat software - Ability to work full-time hours with occasional overtime - High school diploma or equivalent
