MASTER DATA ANALYST

  • Join a small supportive team focused on master data quality.
  • Fixed Term position until August 2025 with leading company in Bay of Plenty.
  • Some flexibility in work hours (30-40 hours/week considered).
  • Potential to work from home on some days.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Ballance is seeking a super star Master Data Analyst who is proactive, customer-focused, attentive to detail, and resilient with a great sense of humour.

The Master Data Analyst is responsible for the creation and maintenance of master data records.

In this role, you will :

  • respond to daily requests for master data updates, within customer service expectations;
  • apply complex business rules when creating and maintaining master data;
  • assist in data cleansing, extraction and analyses;
  • perform regular integrity audits on the master data to ensure it remains aligned with Business Standards;
  • maintain Master Data User Guides;
  • assist in UAT and other relevant activities that enable the implementation of new systems, enhancements or initiatives; contribute to the development of the team capability.

ABOUT YOU

You will be able to demonstrate :

  • a passion for customer service;
  • outstanding communication skills;
  • the ability to work accurately within repetitive data entry tasks;
  • experience in working collaboratively within a tight knit team; experience with SAP (business partner and material master modules in particular) or an equivalent system, CRM and the Microsoft suite.

This position is open to individuals who already have eligibility to work in NZ.
