Online Account Support Associate

Western Digital is looking for an Online Account Support Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a full-time, entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of relevant experience. We are seeking individuals who are resilient, confident, creative, and skilled in project management.

As an Online Account Support Associate, your responsibilities will include providing customer support via online platforms, handling inquiries and requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and assisting with account management. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You must be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, as well as demonstrate creativity in finding solutions to complex problems. Experience with CRM systems and online support tools is preferred.
