Job Description - Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Online Account Support Specialist to join our team at PG&E Corp. in Nelson, NZ. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online account support to our customers.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various online platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to their accounts - Monitor online account activity and address any abnormalities or security concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to improve the online customer experience - Provide feedback on customer trends and preferences to inform marketing and sales strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online account management - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in online account support or a related field - Resourceful and independent with a strong ability to problem-solve - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Innovative thinker with strong negotiation skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
