Online Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Allbirds is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Online Account Support Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to start their career in the e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service and support to online account holders. 2. Assist customers with any account-related issues, including login problems, payment inquiries, and order status. 3. Manage customer account information and ensure accuracy and security. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve account issues efficiently. 5. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including email, chat, and phone. 6. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and latest promotions to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Support the e-commerce team with various tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. 3. Excellent negotiation skills to resolve customer issues effectively. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Ability to uphold high standards and strive for excellence in all endeavors. 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. 8. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 9. Must be a resident of Waikato, NZ or willing to relocate.
