Job Description - Online Call Center Associate

Job Description:


As an Online Call Center Associate at Expedia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers seeking assistance with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and vacation packages online. You will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries or issues with their bookings, and you will need to ensure that their needs are addressed efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and vacation packages online - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a courteous and timely manner - Process refunds, cancellations, and changes to existing bookings - Provide accurate information to customers regarding their travel plans, itineraries, and payment details - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets set by the company - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 4 years of experience in customer service or call center environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online booking systems - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong time management and analytical skills - Equal opportunity employer
