Online Call Center Specialist

Arrow Electronics is seeking an Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess a driven and adaptable personality, along with strong soft skills including attention to detail and creativity. As an Online Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat. You will also be tasked with providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Key responsibilities of the Online Call Center Specialist include: - Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats - Resolving customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers - Maintaining customer records and ensuring data accuracy - Collaborating with other departments to meet customer needs and expectations - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
