Job Description - Online Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Online Call Center Specialist at Leucadia National in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner. - Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns and escalate as needed. - Demonstrate leadership by taking ownership of customer interactions and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light. - Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as call handle time and customer satisfaction scores.


Requirements: - Must be driven and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. - Strong leadership skills, able to take initiative and make decisions independently. - A positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - High school diploma or equivalent.
