Job Description:
Eli Lilly is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Online Call Center Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, New Zealand. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via online chat, email, and social media platforms. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Conduct research and use critical thinking skills to address complex customer inquiries. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Adaptable personality with the ability to work independently. 3. Strong research and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 6. Proficiency in using online communication platforms and software. 7. Knowledge of pharmaceutical products or industry experience is a plus.
