Online Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Airgas is looking for a dedicated Online Chat Support Officer to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing online chat support to our customers, resolving their inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customers' inquiries and resolve issues via online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, pricing, and order assistance to customers. 3. Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 5. Assist in monitoring and managing online chat queues to ensure timely responses. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude towards customer service. 2. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. 3. Previous experience in online chat support or customer service preferred. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
