Online Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Figured is seeking a highly motivated Online Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are hardworking, energetic, analytical, and adaptable.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide online chat support to customers, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with navigating our website and troubleshooting any technical difficulties they may encounter. 3. Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products and services. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration of chat support with other customer service channels. 5. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Excellent written communication skills. 2. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 4. Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer service tools is a plus.
