Job Description - Online Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


The Online Client Relations Manager at Interpublic Group will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our online clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. This role will require a high level of communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze data and trends in order to provide strategic recommendations for client growth and retention. The ideal candidate will be motivated and hardworking, with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with online clients - Respond to client inquiries and provide high-quality customer service - Analyze client data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement client strategies - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Monitor client campaigns and make recommendations for optimization - Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients - Provide regular reporting and updates to clients on campaign performance


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field - 8+ years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in online marketing and digital strategy is preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
