Online Client Relations Representative

United States Steel is currently seeking a confident and passionate Online Client Relations Representative to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

As an Online Client Relations Representative, your responsibilities will include maintaining and building relationships with clients through online platforms such as email, chat, and social media. You will be responsible for addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, as well as working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and providing feedback to improve our online client experience.
