Job Description:
UGI is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Online Client Service Assistant to join our team in Napier, Hawke's Bay, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess the resilience and confidence needed to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through online platforms, including email, chat, and social media - Manage client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve any problems in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and address client needs effectively - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to clients - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve overall satisfaction and retention - Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, reporting, and maintaining client records - Coordinate with other departments as needed to ensure a smooth client experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in customer service or client relations - Resilient attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Confidence to handle challenging situations effectively - People management and presentation skills
