Job Description - Online Client Support Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Client Support Associate to join our team at Supervalu in Wellington, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a confident and hardworking attitude. The Online Client Support Associate will be responsible for assisting clients with any online inquiries or issues they may have, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and issues via online chat, email, or phone - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients - Assist clients with placing orders or making changes to existing orders - Troubleshoot any technical issues clients may encounter with the online platform - Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Continuously update and improve client support processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience working in the e-commerce or retail industry is a plus
