Eastman Chemical is seeking an Online Client Support Associate to join our team in Wellington, NZ. As an Online Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Troubleshoot any technical issues customers may encounter on our online platform - Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Provide recommendations and suggestions to improve the online customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Participate in training and professional development opportunities provided by the company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers - Adaptability to handle a variety of customer issues and situations - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms
