Job Description - Online Client Support Manager

KKR is seeking a dedicated and independent Online Client Support Manager to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This is a full-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.


As the Online Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of online client support. This includes responding to client inquiries and concerns, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a positive and seamless online experience for our clients. You will also be responsible for managing a team of support staff, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that all client support tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.


The ideal candidate will possess excellent planning and cooperation skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing exceptional client support. You must be able to work independently and proactively solve problems as they arise. Additionally, you must have a proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving results in a fast-paced online environment.
