Job Description - Online Client Support Officer

As an Online Client Support Officer at Publix Super Markets in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone - Assist clients with order placement, product information, delivery details, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive experience - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends


Requirements: - Resilient and confident personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong cooperation and adaptability skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
