Online Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

Realogy Holdings is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Representative. This full-time, associate level position is based in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with our online platforms. 4. Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns they may have. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions to better assist customers. 7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements: 1. Driven and confident personality traits. 2. Strong research and strategic planning skills. 3. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience working in a contact center or customer service role is preferred.
