Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Honeywell International is seeking a motivated Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.


Responsibilities: - Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries through online platforms - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team members - Proactively engaging with customers to drive sales and promote products/services - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Staying up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Meeting or exceeding productivity and quality goals set by the company


Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Resilient and motivated personality traits to handle challenging situations with positivity - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate and influence customers - Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all interactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly - Proficient in using online communication tools and platforms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
