Job Description:
Land O’Lakes is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Contact Center Specialist in our Nelson, NZ location. As an Associate-level position, the Online Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for managing online customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Respond to online customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and general support to customers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues effectively - Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and resolutions - Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams for resolution - Generate reports on customer feedback and trends - Assist with training new team members on customer service best practices
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or online contact center role - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong people management and teamwork skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
