Job Description - Online Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, a leading manufacturer of medical devices and equipment, is seeking a talented Online Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Nelson, New Zealand. This full-time position at the Associate Level is ideal for someone with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via various online platforms, including email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring a positive experience for all customers. 3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and resolve issues. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong teamwork and people management skills. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in using online communication platforms and customer service software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred.
