Job Description - Online Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Weta Digital is seeking a highly motivated and driven Online Customer Service Officer to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate Level Online Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our online clients. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a customer service capacity.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Process orders and manage refunds and exchanges - Provide product information and guidance to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and policies - Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service delivery


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Driven and motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Knowledge of CRM systems and online communication tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
