Job Description - Online Customer Success Assistant

Job Description:


Les Mills International is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Online Customer Success Assistant to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As an Associate level role, the successful candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Assist with managing customer relationships through various online platforms - Provide support to customers via email, chat, and phone - Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction - Help customers troubleshoot any issues they may encounter with our online services - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer service


Requirements: - Energetic and hardworking personality - Excellent people management and teamwork skills - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using online communication tools and platforms - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred - Experience in the fitness or e-commerce industry is a plus - Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support software is an advantage
