Job Description - Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Online Customer Success Associate to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and preferences. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers through various online channels. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Educate customers on our products and services to drive adoption and usage. 8. Assist with online sales inquiries and follow-up on leads to drive conversions. 9. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and KPIs set by the company. 10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online customer success.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in online customer service or customer success role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other online tools. 7. Motivated and hardworking attitude with a passion for customer service. 8. Previous experience in people management and presentation skills are a plus.
