Job Description - Online Customer Success Associate

Job Description:


Molina Healthcare is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Online Customer Success Associate in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a perfect opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in the healthcare industry.


Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through various online platforms to address their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Provide support and guidance to customers on navigating Molina Healthcare's online systems and services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist in the development of customer success strategies to drive user engagement and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to online customer success


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Resourceful and able to think creatively to solve problems - Resilient in the face of challenges and able to maintain a positive attitude - Ability to make sound decisions quickly and independently - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field (preferred but not required)
