Online Customer Success Officer

Job Description:

Z Energy is seeking an Online Customer Success Officer to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, resourceful, and possess excellent persuasion and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with online customers to ensure a positive experience - Provide technical support to customers using our online platforms - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to improve online customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Develop strategies to increase customer engagement and retention - Assist in the implementation of online marketing campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms
