Job Description - Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:


Trinity Industries is seeking a motivated and reliable Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Auckland, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support or related role.


Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support via email, chat, and phone channels - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and feedback - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Prior experience in customer support or a similar role - Reliable and dependable with a positive attitude - Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask - Familiarity with online customer support platforms and CRM systems - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
