Online Customer Support Assistant

Job Description:

As an Online Customer Support Assistant at Costco in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to online shoppers. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for all customers. Additionally, you will assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and handling returns and exchanges.

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or online support - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong project management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in online communication tools and systems - Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
