Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job description:


Booktrack is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Customer Support Manager to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand. As the Online Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery to our online customers.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall customer support experience - Manage a team of customer support representatives, including recruitment, training, and performance management - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Respond to escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customers - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a managerial role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making and leadership abilities - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment - Confident and customer-focused mindset - Experience working in a global environment is a plus
