Job Description - Online Customer Support Representative

Fuel50 is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Representative in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. This is a full-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through online chat, email, and phone calls - Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback - Identify trends and provide feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction - Assist with product troubleshooting and technical support when needed


Requirements: - Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong analytical skills to identify customer needs and trends - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online chat platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
