Job Description:

CenterPoint Energy is seeking an energetic and resilient individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Specialist in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ. As an Entry Level Online Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, chat, and social media platforms. 2. Assist customers with account setup, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting technical issues. 3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion skills and ability to work effectively in a team. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
